At the heart of the Residence stands an 11-foot natural rock. Situated on a site of 1,672 sq. m. with a total built-up area of 671.7 sq. m., the residence unfolds around this geological presence rather than beside it. The rock is visible from every part of the interior as a constant, grounding reference point that gives the home its particular quality of stillness.
