Concept
Aiikya Village is designed to question the persistent assumption in residential design that luxury requires scale. Here, the intention was to optimise every corner and deliver a home that feels complete without requiring more space than it needs. Flexible interiors, an abundance of natural light and private gardens accompany each unit, bringing the outdoors in.
